Technical Problems

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on for your device.Place the headphones or earbuds back in their case, then try reconnecting.If problems continue, reset the device following the included instructions.
Check that you are using the correct charging cable and adapter.Ensure the charging contacts are clean and free of dust.Try a different outlet or USB port if charging does not start.
