Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $59 within the United States.
Orders below $59 will incur a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery time is within 7 business days after your order has been shipped.

  • We currently do not offer pre-sale or pre-order items.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the United States only.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the following locations:

  • American Samoa

  • Guam

  • Hawaii

  • Marshall Islands

  • Northern Mariana Islands

  • Palau

  • Puerto Rico

  • Rhode Island

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Armed Forces addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the best available option for your delivery address.

Multiple Items in One Order

Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we may contact you for options before fulfilling the rest of your order.

Address Changes & Incorrect Information

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

  • If you realize the address is incorrect, you may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order. After that window, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

  • If an incorrect address results in a lost or undeliverable package, the customer will be responsible for the loss. No refunds or replacements will be issued.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer support team.

  • After this timeframe, the order will already be processing and cannot be canceled.

Incorrect or Wrong Items Received

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at hello@cycletone.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
