3. Holiday Extended Return Policy

For purchases made between November 1 and December 31 each year, customers may request an extended return window in line with our seasonal return policy.

4. Return Policy

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

  • No Unconditional Returns: Returns without reason are not supported.

  • Bulk Orders: Orders containing 10 or more units of the same product are not eligible for return.

  • Condition of Returns: Returned products must include the original packaging and all accessories.

  • Shipping Costs for Non-Defective Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Refund Scope for Non-Defective Returns: Refunds will only cover part of the product value, excluding shipping and handling fees.

  • International Use: Products taken outside the purchase country are not covered under warranty.

  • Replacement Policy: Defective items will be replaced with a refurbished unit.

  • Warranty on Replacements: Replacement products carry a 3-month warranty or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

  • Quality Inspection: Returned items must pass our inspection to confirm defects before a warranty claim is approved.

  • Photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect

8. Cases Where Customers Bear Return Shipping Costs

  • Products exported outside the country of purchase
