For purchases made between November 1 and December 31 each year, customers may request an extended return window in line with our seasonal return policy.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
No Unconditional Returns: Returns without reason are not supported.
Bulk Orders: Orders containing 10 or more units of the same product are not eligible for return.
Condition of Returns: Returned products must include the original packaging and all accessories.
Shipping Costs for Non-Defective Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refund Scope for Non-Defective Returns: Refunds will only cover part of the product value, excluding shipping and handling fees.
